The prices listed above include german VAT (MwSt.).
There is a compulsory fee to cover the provision of bed linen and towels and subsequent cleaning of the flat, which is charged separately (45 euros).
In case of severe dirt, dirty dishes, carpet cleaning etc. we reserve the right to charge additional costs of at least 45 euros. In case of a stay over 1 month, the cleaning inbetween (35 euros) is mandatory.
