The prices listed above include german VAT (MwSt.).
There is a compulsory fee to cover the provision of bed linen and towels and subsequent cleaning of the flat, which is charged separately (80/90 EUR (Maisonette 1/2)).
In case of severe dirt, dirty dishes, carpet cleaning etc. we reserve the right to charge additional costs of at least 80/90 EUR (Maisonette 1/2). In case of a stay over 1 month, the cleaning inbetween (65/75 EUR (Maisonette 1/2)) is mandatory.
