Supplementary charges

You will receive an initial supply of bed linen and towels. Compulsory final cleaning is included in the rent. Should the property be left particularly dirty, should it be necessary to wash down the kitchen or clean the carpets, we reserve the right to make a additional supplementary charge. For stays over 1 month, a monthly cleaning (90 EUR) is mandatory. We reserve the right to make changes and updates. Our written confirmation and General Terms & Conditions of Business shall apply.
