Arrival (2)

Check-in to our apartments is possible from 3.00 p.m.
Should you arrive prior to the normal check-in time and your apartment is already available for check-in, you are welcome to occupy your apartment earlier, in consultation with us.
If this is not possible, you may leave your luggage in our information office in Behrenstraße 1C.

Should you arrive after our opening hours, check-in is possible via our key box. In such a case, the apartment must be guaranteed. In addition, we require a copy of your personal ID per fax or e-mail. Please contact us two days before arrival, so that we can give you the code for the key box.

Booking (1)

Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay with us for one night only. The minimum number of nights is 2.

Cancellation (1)

Cancellation up to 1 day before arrival (depending on the season) is free of charge.

Company booking (1)

You are welcome to assume the costs for your employees. We shall send you a form for the assumption of costs. Please complete this form with the company address, the guests’ names, the period of stay, and the scope of costs, and return this with a company stamp. Departure (1)

Check-out is by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Check-out after 10.00 a.m. until 6.00 p.m. is possible for a small surcharge of 50% of the daily rate. If you require this, please contact us in advance.
It is also possible to check out prior to 10.00 a.m. Please ask our local staff about how to return the key.

Equipment (13)

Unfortunately, pets (e.g. dogs or cats) are not allowed.

We only have non-smoking apartments.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartments. One large and one small towel is provided for each person.

From a Type 3 apartment it is possible to book an extra bed. The extra bed costs € 20 per night.

The baby may stay in the apartment free of charge.
If you need a cot & a high chair: one-off charge of € 20 per baby

We have free WiFi in the apartments.

Our apartments can be reached by an elevator. However, we do not have any wheelchair-accessible apartments.

Our apartments at the Brandenburg Gate have one bathroom in each apartment category.

We aim to comply with your wishes and to provide you with the preferred apartment and the preferred number of beds. However, we cannot guarantee that your request can be met.

Upon request, bed linen and towels can be replaced for € 9.50 per set.

Upon request, bed linen can be replaced for € 5 per bed linen set.

Upon request, towels can be replaced for € 5 per towel set.

Our apartments are equipped as follows:
Cable TV, stereo system, 1 bathroom, washing machine or dishwasher, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, kettle and cooker, vacuum cleaner, iron / ironing board.

The apartments at the Brandenburg Gate are located in the very heart of the metropolis of Berlin, and can be reached on foot from our information office in less than 5 minutes.

All of our apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of our information office in Behrenstraße 1C. You will receive the precise location of your apartments on the day of arrival from our information office for the apartments at the Brandenburg Gate.

Our information office is located in Behrenstraße 1C in 10117 Berlin, in the very heart of Berlin, at the rear of “Hotel Adlon”.
You can find a map and Google Streetview on our website!

Parking (2)

An overview of the costs of a parking space for our guests:
from 1 day: € 10 / day
from 10 days: € 7.50 / day
from 1 month: € 150 / month

You can rent a parking space directly from us. We require advance booking.

Payment (2)

You can pay for your booking in advance by bank transfer. However, the bank transfer must be completed no later than 10 days before arrival. This will enable a quick check-in.

You can pay us in situ in our service office in Behrenstraße 1C by cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or by EC card.

Some of our apartments have a loggia or a balcony. We will try to accommodate your wishes and provide you with your preferred apartment. However, we cannot guarantee that your request can be met.

Your apartment is guaranteed as soon as you have paid a deposit of 20 percent of the total price, have paid the total price, or have provided us with your credit card details.

Service office (3)

The opening hours of our information office at the heart of Berlin Mitte:
Mon – Sun: 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.
Holidays: 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.

If you lose your key, you may be charged up to € 225.

You are welcome to leave your luggage in our information office during our opening hours. However we request that you collect your luggage no later than one hour before our information office closes.
