In order to prepare this service for you, we require a guaranteed booking as well as a copy of your ID card sent to us by email in advance. Please contact us two days prior to your arrival so that we can provide you with the access code for the key box. This can be paid either in cash or by credit card. After your departure and a brief inspection of the accommodation, the deposit will, of course, be refunded in full provided no damage has been detected.
