When is check-out time?
The regular check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Guests who booked directly through our website may enjoy a complimentary late check-out until 11:00 a.m.
A later check-out is possible subject to availability and at an additional charge. Please contact us in advance if you would like to request this option.
What if I forgot something in the apartment?
If you realize after your departure that you left something behind, please contact us at +49 (30) 200 757 – 0 or send us an email at info@apartments-mitte.de
How does the check-out process work?
If you wish to depart during reception hours starting from 9:00 a.m., please check out at the reception. If you would like to check out earlier and have already completed all formalities at check-in, you can drop your apartment key into the box located at the glass door at the main entrance.
Do I receive an invoice automatically or upon request?
If you would like to receive an invoice, please let us know in advance.
