When can I check in?
You can check in to our apartments from 3 pm onwards. If you arrive before our standard check-in time and your apartment is ready for check-in, you may access your apartment early (by arrangement). If your apartment is not yet ready, you can leave your luggage at our information and service office located at Behrenstrasse 1C, 10117 Berlin. We do not accept any liability.
When do we need to check out of our apartment?
You should check out by 10 am on your day of departure. Late check-out (after 10 am) is available for a supplement: please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Can I book for just one night?
Bookings for one night are only available in selected periods. Availability can be checked via the booking link.
Are there smoking and non-smoking apartments?
We only offer non-smoking apartments.
Can I rent a parking space from you?
You can rent a parking space from us; this should be booked in advance. The costs of guest parking are as follows: 1 day or more: EUR 20/day, 14 days or more: EUR 15/day, 1 month or more: EUR 170/month.
Can I have the bedlinen and towels changed?
Bedlinen and towels can be changed on request. This costs EUR 7.50 for either bedlinen or towels, or EUR 15 for both.
Can I pay for my booking in advance?
You can pay the fee for your booking in advance by bank transfer. However, this transfer should be made 10 days before arrival, at the latest, to speed up the check-in process.
Can an additional person stay in the apartment? Can I add an extra bed?
An extra bed can be added to Apartment type 3.4 or larger for a cost of EUR 25 per night.
Can our baby stay overnight for free?
The accommodation itself for the baby is free. If you require a cot and highchair, we levy a one-off fee of EUR 20 per baby.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Pets are not allowed.
We’ll be arriving outside your opening hours. How can we collect the key for our apartment?
If you arrive outside our opening hours, you can check in via our key box. In this instance, the apartment booking needs to be confirmed, and we will also need to be sent a copy of your ID via email. Please get in touch with us two days before you arrive so we can give you the code for the key box.
Are the apartments wheelchair-friendly?
Unfortunately, we do not have any apartments suitable for wheelchair users.
When is my apartment booking confirmed?
The apartment booking is confirmed as soon as you have paid a deposit of 20 percent of the total price, paid the whole price or given us your credit card details.
What are your cancellation terms?
You will not be charged a cancellation fee for cancellations made up to one day before arrival (depending on the season).
