Is it possible to book for just one night?
Yes, in principle – with only a few exceptions regarding dates. You can always check current availability conveniently on our booking page.
What is included in the basic equipment of the apartments?
Initial equipment
For a relaxed start to your stay, we also provide you with fresh bed linen and towels.

Are there smoking and non-smoking apartments?
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of our aparthotel. Designated smoking areas are, of course, available.
If smoking does occur inside the apartment, unfortunately, we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee of €300. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
Is it possible to rent a parking space?
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, you can reserve a parking space directly with us. Please note that booking in advance is required. The costs are €20.00 per day (from 1 day) or €170.00 per month (from 1 month).
Can an additional person stay in the apartment? Is an extra bed possible?
Our apartments can be booked in different categories for 2 to 6 people. To ensure comfort, we recommend selecting the apartment size according to the number of guests.
If you would like an extra bed, we will be happy to provide one for you. The surcharge is €39.00 per bed.
Is it possible to add a baby bed and can our baby stay in the apartment free of charge?
The overnight stay is free of charge. If you need a baby bed and a high chair, the cost is €30.00 per stay.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Pets are not permitted in our apartments.
Are the apartments wheelchair accessible?
Due to the historic nature of the building, we unfortunately cannot offer wheelchair-accessible apartments. Thank you for your understanding.
What are the cancellation policies?
In general, cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. However, for certain events we reserve the right to extend the cancellation period.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
For sustainability reasons, we consciously refrain from using air conditioning. For your comfort, however, we are happy to provide a fan free of charge. Simply contact our team – we will take care of it immediately.
Is the reception open 24 hours?
Our reception team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on weekends and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance by phone or email. We will then provide you with all the necessary information for your arrival.
Do you offer allergy-friendly bedding?
Our extra bedding in the apartments consists of allergy-friendly pillows and duvets.
Can I pay for my booking in advance?
You can conveniently pay for your booking in advance by bank transfer. Please note that payment must be received no later than 10 days before your arrival. This allows us to prepare a smooth and fast check-in for you.

Do you provide toiletries?
Toiletries are only provided in the Superior and Premium apartments.

Our apartments are situated in historic residential complexes from the former GDR era – architectural witnesses of their time, now protected as cultural monuments. Each building tells its own story, blending authentic Eastern charm with modern living comfort. A stay here is more than just an overnight experience – it’s a journey through history.
