From what time can I check in?
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. An earlier arrival is possible depending on availability and prior arrangement.
How do we get the keys to the apartment?
You can pick up the keys starting at 3:00 p.m. at the front desk at Behrenstraße 1 C, 10117 Berlin.
If you’re arriving late after midnight, please ring the bell at the information desk or call the front desk. We’ll then open the lobby for you so you can check in without any problems.
Do I need to leave a deposit upon check-in?
A security deposit of €200 must be provided upon arrival. This can be paid either in cash or by credit card. After your departure and a brief inspection of the accommodation, the deposit will, of course, be refunded in full provided no damage has been detected. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days to your bank account or credit card.
