Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. An earlier arrival is possible depending on availability and prior arrangement.

If your arrival is outside of our opening hours, we offer the option to check in via our key box. In order to prepare this service for you, we require a guaranteed booking as well as a copy of your ID card sent to us by email in advance. Please contact us two days prior to your arrival so that we can provide you with the access code for the key box. We would also like to point out that it is legally required for you to present yourself in person at our reception on the following day.

A security deposit of €200 must be provided upon arrival. This can be paid either in cash or by credit card. After your departure and a brief inspection of the accommodation, the deposit will, of course, be refunded in full provided no damage has been detected. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days to your bank account or credit card.
