Who can I contact for a complaint?
Your well-being is very important to us. If something is not to your satisfaction, please come to the reception so that we can resolve it immediately, or contact us at the front desk or by phone at +49 (30) 200 757 0 so we can take care of it right away.
Is daily room cleaning offered?
Our service includes a final cleaning after your stay. If you wish, you can book an additional interim cleaning, which will be charged separately.
Are there any dining options such as a restaurant or bar?
We do not operate a restaurant or bar in our house. However, thanks to our central location, you will find a wide variety right on your doorstep: numerous restaurants, bistros, and bars ensure there is something to suit every taste.
